We, Henk (baker) and Sabine (cheese master), completely transformed our bakery from a shop selling wallpaper, paint, etc. into a bakery with two ovens in 2015. In addition to our wide range of bread, rolls, and pastries, we also offer a nice selection of cheese, complemented by jams, coffees, chocolate, dairy products, charcuterie, and more.
Our strength lies in our bread, rolls, and pastries made with fresh butter. On Fridays and Saturdays, we also bake fresh crispy rolls at 4 p.m.
Our customers are mainly people from Heule, Gullegem, and Bissegem, but we also have people who come from further afield (Kuurne, Harelbeke, St Eloois Winkel, Kortrijk, etc.) because of our delicious products.
The price includes the entire building (with the possibility of living above the bakery, subject to minor renovation) and a fully equipped bakery (10 years old).
