Project Canvas offers a diverse portfolio of innovative and unique wallpaper solutions that combine aesthetics with sustainability, using advanced production techniques. The department's core strength lies in co-creating customized solutions in collaboration with B2B clients, responding to specific design and functional requirements. In other words: Canvas does not manufacture wallcoverings in its own name, but works closely with its customers to jointly design and manufacture their product lines. The company has a strong market position in Europe, with 80% of sales coming from Belgium, France and the United Kingdom. Consistent quality and service are guaranteed by a dedicated and experienced team of 13 employees. Sales: 2.4 million EUR Average normalized EBITDA: 330k EUR 

Project Mechano specializes in the sale of technical parts for industry and agriculture, offering a large inventory and customized solutions. The company provides technical advice and various ordering options (physical store, web shop, mail...). Project Mechano, located in West Flanders, has a spacious sales area, a warehouse and a workshop. The entire real estate is preferably part of the transaction. Project Mechano's client base mainly includes a wide range of companies (B2B) and, to a lesser extent, municipalities/provinces (B2G) and individuals (B2C), mainly in East and West Flanders. Thanks to strong partnerships with reliable suppliers, the company guarantees timely and high-quality deliveries. Project Mechano is led by one manager who, together with a clerk (1 FTE), is in charge of orders, client reception and customized solutions.

Project Electrical is active in the field of electrical engineering (B2B). The main focus is on the design of electrical drawings for installations. In addition, SME Project Elektra also offers other services such as automation and secondment, as well as consulting services. Project Elektra's staff today consists of about fifteen employees, including freelancers and directors. Project Elektra's customer base is located all over Flanders. Customers are served from 3 strategically located offices, but the company's activities are certainly not tied to these locations. Each of these offices operates under its own company. Reason for sale: the management of Project Elektra is looking for an acquirer for the further expansion of the company as there is no success.
