Project Canvas offers a diverse portfolio of innovative and unique wallpaper solutions that combine aesthetics with sustainability, using advanced production techniques. The department's core strength lies in co-creating customized solutions in collaboration with B2B clients, responding to specific design and functional requirements. In other words: Canvas does not manufacture wallcoverings in its own name, but works closely with its customers to jointly design and manufacture their product lines. The company has a strong market position in Europe, with 80% of sales coming from Belgium, France and the United Kingdom. Consistent quality and service are guaranteed by a dedicated and experienced team of 13 employees. Sales: 2.4 million EUR Average normalized EBITDA: 330k EUR 

Project Mechano specializes in the sale of technical parts for industry and agriculture, offering a large inventory and customized solutions. The company provides technical advice and various ordering options (physical store, web shop, mail...). Project Mechano, located in West Flanders, has a spacious sales area, a warehouse and a workshop. The entire real estate is preferably part of the transaction. Project Mechano's client base mainly includes a wide range of companies (B2B) and, to a lesser extent, municipalities/provinces (B2G) and individuals (B2C), mainly in East and West Flanders. Thanks to strong partnerships with reliable suppliers, the company guarantees timely and high-quality deliveries. Project Mechano is led by one manager who, together with a clerk (1 FTE), is in charge of orders, client reception and customized solutions.
