The company is a professionally organized nursery with a strong position in the niche market for ornamental plants. The company specializes in growing, breeding, and marketing plants for professional B2B customers, including wholesalers and exporters throughout Europe.

The company is located in the Antwerp Kempen region on a production site of approximately 3.6 hectares, consisting of approximately 1.6 hectares of greenhouse and warehouse space and 2 hectares of container field and meadow.  The location offers sufficient expansion opportunities and is ideally suited for further optimization of cultivation and logistics processes.

Reason for sale
The current shareholders wish to eventually step back from operational management and are looking for a strategic partner who can further develop the company. They are willing to remain actively involved during a transition period to carefully transfer their knowledge and experience.

De onderneming is gevestigd in de Antwerpse Kempen op een productiesite van circa 3,6 hectare, bestaande uit ongeveer 1,6 hectare serre en loodsruimte en 2 hectare containerveld en weide.  De locatie biedt voldoende uitbreidingsmogelijkheden en is uitstekend geschikt voor verdere optimalisatie va  teelt- en logistieke processen.
