RACING.RENT specializes in renting out unique racing and motorsports experiences for events, corporations, and marketing purposes. In addition to our popular racing simulators, we stand out primarily for our wide range of professional (indoor) racetracks and other racing concepts.
Many of these race tracks are unique, eye-catching attractions that we have developed and built in-house. They are used for corporate parties, trade shows, showrooms, open houses, dealer events, product presentations, and marketing campaigns, among other things.
In addition to rentals, there is also an attractive revenue stream in the sale of race tracks. RACING.RENT regularly develops custom tracks and complete concepts for companies and event venues.

Reason for sale
We have decided to transfer our rental operations in the Netherlands and Belgium so that we can focus entirely on the development, production, and sale of racetracks and new racing concepts, as well as the construction of recreational facilities based on these racetracks.
The rental operations have grown to such an extent in recent years that they are demanding more and more of our time, while we see significant opportunities in the further development and international sales of our own products.
This presents a buyer with the opportunity to build upon an existing concept, product line, brand, and established market position.
Partner and Franchise Model
In the Netherlands, we have chosen to assign rental operations to regional partners on a province-by-province basis. This model offers several advantages: the investment required of a new entrepreneur remains manageable, travel and transportation distances are reduced, and a local partner can focus much more specifically on businesses and events within their own region.
This creates a nationwide network of regional RACING.RENT partners.
For Belgium, we see an interesting additional opportunity for the buyer. The buyer can choose to operate in Belgium independently, or can set up a similar regional partner or franchise model.
This creates an additional revenue stream—in addition to the company’s own rental revenue— through the sale of regional packages, franchise or partner rights, and additional racing equipment to these partners.
We have chosen not to initiate this rollout ourselves, as our focus is shifting entirely to product development and sales. As a result, there is still plenty of room for an entrepreneurial buyer to further expand the Belgian market.
Main Activity
RACING.RENT’s main activity consists of renting out racing simulators, slot car tracks, RC race tracks with remote-controlled vehicles, and various racing and motorsports decorations.
Virtually all bookings are B2B and are typically reserved for a single day. Clients include companies, event organizers, car dealerships, marketing agencies, and venues looking for a unique activity or an eye-catching attraction.
RACING.RENT stands out thanks to a simple and transparent all-inclusive concept. The quoted rental prices include transportation, setup, and takedown, and there is no limit on the number of hours of use during the booked day. For the customer, this means clarity upfront regarding the total costs—something that is highly valued in practice.
The operational tasks are relatively simple. In most cases, these consist of transporting the rented equipment to the location, setting it up and making it ready for use, and then dismantling and returning it afterward. The majority of the product range can be transported and set up by a single person, which keeps staffing requirements to a minimum.
Custom Solutions
Part of our rental portfolio consists of race tracks and concepts developed specifically for clients. Examples include a replica of a specific race track, vehicles customized to a client’s corporate identity, or a fully branded racing experience for a marketing campaign.
The development and production of such custom solutions continue to take place in the Netherlands. This allows the local partner to offer custom solutions without needing to have its own production capacity or technical expertise.
Sales
In addition to rentals, there is also demand for the outright purchase of race tracks and racing concepts. Examples include car dealerships that want to install an eye-catching race track in their showroom, event venues looking to expand their range of activities, or companies that want to offer their employees and visitors a permanent racing experience.
The entire process—from design and production to delivery —is handled from the Netherlands.
For the partner, this represents an additional revenue stream. When a sale is made within the partner’s own territory, the partner receives a fixed percentage of the sales price and remains the local point of contact for the customer.
As a result, the buyer can generate income not only from recurring rental revenue but also from the sale of complete race tracks and custom concepts.
Currently, bookings are coming in through our network or website; this is organic, so there are many opportunities to develop marketing activities in Belgium.
