The current e-bike business generates a turnover of approximately €400,000, based on the sale of around 200 e-bikes, supplemented by maintenance and service income. These results confirm both market demand and the operational strength of the organization in an urban context.
The foundation that has been built – location, team, brand portfolio, and service infrastructure – allows this activity to be scaled up in the short to medium term to 600 e-bikes sold per year, which corresponds to a revenue potential of more than €1 million within the e-bike business alone. This growth is driven by higher volumes, a strengthened leasing component, and recurring service revenues.
In addition to this increase in scale in e-bikes, the further roll-out of integrated mobility solutions (bicycle and car formulas, leasing, sharing and subscription models) is an additional and complementary growth driver, with higher customer value per file and a structurally recurring nature.
The business operations are explicitly geared towards a sustainable return target of approximately 15% EBITDA, supported by a high-performing organization, a tight cost structure, and a culture that focuses on operational excellence, customer focus, and scalability.
