Tasks and responsibilities
As manager at Belisol you are fully responsible for your point of sale. The main tasks include:

- Actively managing the sales team, surveyors, administration and fitters;
- Motivating the staff;
- Conduct local marketing;
- Pursuing customer satisfaction.
- Following the principles of the Belisol formula.

Profile :

- You have at least 5 years of experience in the service or commercial sector;
- You can work independently, but are open to advice on how to improve your business;
- You are a customer-oriented entrepreneur with an eye for turnover, costs and margin;
- You have the ambition to grow your business with the Belisol formula.
