As part of the Week of Business Transfers, we've organized the webinar “Acquisition Financing” with Alex De Ridder from PMV/z and An Wouters from UNIZO Financial Insight Guidance.

Speakers

Alex De Ridder is an Account Manager at PMV/z. His tasks include:

• Maintaining bank relationships and ensuring banks are familiar with PMV/z.
• Promoting PMV/z to reach entrepreneurs.
• Reviewing business plans and referring them to the appropriate service within PMV.

An Wouters has worked as a business advisor at UNIZO Province Antwerp since 2018. Her work includes:

• Guiding startups in drafting their business plans.
• Assisting businesses that want to improve their operations or need financing.
• Previously, An worked 17 years as an SME advisor at BNP Paribas Fortis.

Guido Seghers has been the manager of Overnamemarkt.be, the leading online platform for business transfers in Flanders and Brussels, since 2016. He primarily provides guidance and advice to sellers of small businesses, in collaboration with UNIZO and other partners. Previously, Guido worked >30 years at KBC as a relationship manager, where he gained experience in lending and acquisition negotiations.
