Scalable artist platform with proven agency and direct revenue
Financial data
A combined package consisting of a profitable artist agency and the in-house developed software platform StageCloud. Together they form an operationally validated ecosystem for managing, booking and scheduling artists with variable rosters.
Since its founding in 2023, the company realized more than €81,000 in revenue, 430 contracts and a customer base of +200 clients. The artist agency provided full revenue and market validation to date, while StageCloud provides the strategic foundation for scalable growth as an independent software product.
This acquisition offers a unique combination of immediate cash flow and forward-looking potential. In addition to continuing the existing agency, the buyer will have the opportunity to commercially roll out StageCloud as a SaaS solution for artists, agencies, venues and other industries in need of complex scheduling.
Full package (agency + StageCloud) for acquisition: €15,000.
Crash Events functions as an artist agency active in the Flemish event and hospitality sector, focusing on DJs but structurally applicable to all types of artists. The agency guides the complete process between artist and client: from booking and contract management to planning, follow-up and payment.
In addition to artist management, additional services such as photography, videography and equipment rental are also offered, giving clients one central point of contact for their entire event organization.
All operational processes are supported by StageCloud, an in-house developed platform that includes:
- Booking management and confirmations
- Contract generation and signing
- Scheduling and availability
- Artist and venue management
- Overview of performances and engagements
The platform was built based on real operational needs and is actively used within daily operations.
StageCloud was developed with a modern, future-oriented tech stack consisting of React and Vite for the frontend and a Supabase backend for database, authentication and real-time data processing + an API integration with Billit for automatic e-invoicing. This architecture ensures high performance, fast development cycles and easy extensibility. The platform is modular and ready to scale to higher volumes of users, multiple markets and additional functionalities such as subscription models, analytics, integrations and white-label applications. This makes StageCloud technically capable of growing from internal management system to full-fledged, scalable SaaS product with international ambitions.
Active growth and prospecting in the artist agency are currently followed up less intensively due to the strategic focus on the development and positioning of StageCloud. Thus, further scale-up requires additional marketing and sales efforts. This simultaneously creates a clear opportunity for the acquirer with fresh commercial focus to re-accelerate the agency's growth based on an existing brand position, customer base and proven operational structure.
The acquisition offers two complementary growth pillars:
Direct returns through the artist agency
- Proven revenue and existing clients
- Operational model ready for continuation
- Repeat bookings and long-term partnerships
- Reputation and network within the industry
Strategic scalability through StageCloud
- Convertible to full-fledged SaaS with subscription model
- Commercializable to artists, agencies, venues and event organizers
- Applicable to broader audiences such as performers, freelancers, speakers and technicians
- International scalability
- White-label capabilities for existing agencies
This makes the package attractive to event entrepreneurs, software-focused investors and agencies looking to digitize their operations.
