Established brand in musical mobiles & children's decorations with international webshop

With mixed feelings, I decided to sell my own brand of musical mobiles and children's decorations. I started this brand three years ago during my daughter's pregnancy, driven by a passion for stylish and soothing nursery decorations.

Since then, it has grown into a beautiful brand with international customers. To this day, I combine this project with my full-time job and a young family with two small children (1 and 3 years old). Because it is becoming increasingly challenging to give everything the attention it deserves, I have decided to hand over the brand to someone who can develop it further.

Sales are currently mainly through our own webshop and Etsy (±80% of turnover). In addition, approximately 20% of turnover comes from resellers and stores that offer our products.

An important advantage: no paid advertising is currently used. Sales come mainly through SEO and organic reach, which offers additional growth potential through marketing or additional sales channels.

Included in the acquisition

• A well-run webshop with international reach, built up through strong SEO
• Etsy shop with existing sales history
• Contacts with reliable manufacturers/suppliers
• All social media channels with an established audience
• Transfer of knowledge and experience to ensure a smooth takeover

The stock will be settled separately and added to the takeover price (value to be determined at the time of sale).

Main activities within the company

Daily operations mainly consist of:

• Managing inventory and stock
• Packaging and shipping orders
• Customer service and follow-up of queries
• Ordering new products from suppliers
• Managing social media
• Basic accounting/administration
• Maintaining contact with existing stores and searching for new resellers
