What started with 20 places and two afternoons a week quickly grew into a thriving, fully optimized creative hotspot with four sessions of 50 places each per week. Demand now far exceeds current supply.The operational side of things is completely up and running: food, drinks, planning, purchasing, staff... everything runs efficiently and smoothly.The reality todayThe concept is running at full speed. The limitation is not in the market, but in the number of available hands:Currently, a maximum of four sessions per week can be organized — almost always fully booked.Capacity: 50 places per session, with an exceptionally high occupancy rateMany large groups have to be turned away; demand for team building events in particular is structurally higher than what is currently possibleIn short: a lot of revenue and growth potential remains untapped.Who we are looking forWe are not looking for a remote investor, but a hands-on partner who:Is entrepreneurial and enjoys working in a creative environmentWants to be involved in the business full-timeSees the potential for growth through new creative avenues and/or additional locationsWants to actively help build a scalable, warm, and fun-oriented conceptBelieves in collaboration, joint entrepreneurship, and shared rewardsWhat is offeredAfter a trial and introductory period, the concept will be incorporated into a new company, in which a balanced distribution of shares will be agreed upon.
