Active for 30 years as a Value Added distributor in business-to-business context. Focus of activities are mainly on selling applications and solutions based on technologies such as CD, DVD and Bluray production robots, including printing.
Sales area is BeNeLux. Exclusive representation of the main players on this market (Rimage in 1990 & Epson later in 2000). Applications range from data distribution to long-term archiving, especially in the field of medical imaging (

Reason for transformation (tipping point).
Today the focus is primarily on solutions for publishing and archiving within medical imaging. But technological developments are constantly evolving and we need to respond to them. Many hospitals (our customers) want to digitize much more of this archiving. Creating the archiving on CD/DVD/Bluray still requires a physical product and the necessary physical storage space for the archive and materials. A logical evolution that we also see in everyday life. CD and DVD sales have all but stopped and streaming (where all info and content sits on a cloud/server) is the new norm in ease of use. Therefore, within a few years, this process will seal the same fate as VHS and Betamax. In this, it is therefore necessary to respond to these new developments. To that end, we have developed a system with DICOM technology (Digital Imaging and Communications in Medicine) that we now want to offer as a new product and service.
As indicated above, we have more than 400 hospitals (medical imaging representing 80% of our turnover) to our name in the BeNeLux, loyal customers whom we know well and for whom we have always offered the best of our services.
New products and services that can interest the same clientele. During our latest market surveys, it appears that patient comfort ("Healing environment") is becoming a priority within many institutions (including elderly and nursing homes, psychiatric centers, hospitals for the disabled). By "comfort" we mean solutions that reduce patient stress. So it is not a question of offering them a better mattress or armchair, but rather a better living environment to reduce their stress and make their daily lives more pleasant.
Concrete examples
- Projection of images and interactive videos in a radiology room (CT, MRI, etc.) to reduce the stress caused by these exams (80% of children, 40% of adults)
- Lighting and sound "customized" according to the patient's needs
- Interactive multimedia games on a touch screen (in the form of a table) for better interaction, for example between seniors (living in a nursing / retirement home) and their visitors
- Dressing up corridors and rooms (interactive animation, mood lighting) for patients with dementia, for example
